If something doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll sort it out. Free, and no awkward questions.
30 days, free
- Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Start your return from My account or email us at hola@mumba.me.
- We'll send you a prepaid label.
- Your refund is processed 3 to 5 business days after we receive the piece.
Size exchanges
- Just need another size? We'll send the exchange with no shipping cost.
- Subject to availability; if it's out of stock, we'll issue credit or a refund.
